In the peaceful embrace of Cold Spring, Texas, this four-day retreat offers space to release what no longer serves and to restore your multidimensional energy system for the new year ahead. You’ll experience Spinal Flow, Reiki, sound baths, meditations, group hypnosis, and aromatic activations designed to bring your body, mind, and spirit into harmony. Between sessions, relax in the infrared sauna, rejuvenate in the cold plunge, and gather around the fire for cacao and community under the stars.

Bring what allows you to feel grounded, comfortable, and ready to flow. A yoga mat, cozy layers, warm clothing for cool evenings, swimwear, and your favorite personal care items. You’re also encouraged to bring anything that supports your healing or sacred practice, crystals, tools, or instruments you love to use during sessions or ceremonies.
Q: Will there be time to rest or explore?
Yes. Each day includes spacious moments to rest, reflect, or simply be. You might nap by the pool, walk the forest paths, or schedule an additional healing or spa session. These pauses are part of your integration, the gentle unwinding between transformation.
Q: Can I book extra healing or spa sessions?
Each guest receives one complimentary spa technology session during the retreat. Additional sessions are available for an added cost and can be pre-scheduled, based on availability.
Q: Is there a gift shop on-site?
Yes. The retreat sanctuary’s gift shop is filled with treasures gathered from around the world, incense, oud parfum, Phoenix drums, Egyptian jewelry, brass and copper cuffs, leather goods, oils, clothing, and more. If you feel called to take a piece of the experience home with you or gift something sacred to another, bring extra spending money.
Q: Can I arrive early or stay longer after the retreat?
Currently, extra nights are not included. However, if you feel called to extend your stay for deeper integration, please contact us directly, and we’ll check with the retreat center about possible availability and added cost.
Q: I’m new to energy or healing work, can I still come?
Yes. This space welcomes both seasoned practitioners and those just beginning their healing path as a practitioners, and facilitators. The retreat is guided with compassion and presence, ensuring every participant feels supported, seen, and safe to expand.
Q: How do I apply to attend?
This retreat is an intimate, intentional gathering, and spaces are limited. Each potential guest is invited to complete an application and attend a short informational call. This helps us ensure the space is aligned for your current season of growth and that all participants are energetically supported within the collective container.
